The fries were very tasty, but grossly overpriced. It ruins the flavor of the better meat - which I'm not sure was that high grade anyway, though it did taste grass-fed. I do not like burgers cooked the way this place does it - overcooked. For the money, I fully expect to be able to customize my burger. Second, there is only one kind of cheese offered. Foremost, I can not order the burger to be cooked the way I like it. The problem is that they really don't offer any choices at all. But presumably I came here because I wanted organic, grass-fed beef, and a few upscale options. If I want a fast burger, I can get one at a fast food joint for half the price. This is a copycat 5 Guys, and both suffer from the same ill conception. The placemat and posted literature of this place is all about image and not about food.
